斯德克Sendx的拉繩位移傳感器由可拉伸的不銹鋼繩繞在一個(gè)有螺紋的輪轂上，此輪轂與一個(gè)由Sendx專門研制的精密旋轉(zhuǎn)感應(yīng)器連接在一起，被測目標(biāo)的位置變化導(dǎo)致鋼繩的直線運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)被轉(zhuǎn)換成輪轂的角度（旋轉(zhuǎn)）運(yùn)動(dòng)。從而被角度傳感元件（編碼器或超高精度電位器）檢測到并轉(zhuǎn)換成標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的電信號(hào)輸出。Sendx的拉繩位移傳感器產(chǎn)品根據(jù)不同行業(yè)的要求，大測量范圍可達(dá)到15,000mm,綜合精度可達(dá)到0.05%F.S，防護(hù)等級(jí)高到IP67，可輸出各種標(biāo)準(zhǔn)形式的模擬與數(shù)字信號(hào)，與絕大部分的測量和控制裝置兼容，確保工業(yè)與科學(xué)研究應(yīng)用中的測量和自動(dòng)控制準(zhǔn)確無誤。
Sendx drawstring displacement sensor consists of stainless steel wire, a threaded hub, a precision rotation sensor and other parts. Position change of the measured target leads to linear motion of the steel wire, which leads to hub angle motion (rotation). The rotation is detected by angle sensor (encoder or ultra high precision potentiometers) and converted into a standard signal output. As required by different industry applications, Sendx drawstring displacement sensor products have various standard analog and digital signal outputs. The maximum range ability can reach to 15,000mm, comprehensive precision can reach 0.05%F.S, protection class up to IP67. Our products are compatible with most measurement and control devices and used for measurement and control in industries and research.

德國斯德克Sendx磁致伸縮位移傳感器
Sendx磁致伸縮位移傳感器利用磁致伸縮測量原理，由傳感器電子頭送出電流脈沖（詢問信號(hào)）時(shí)，波導(dǎo)管產(chǎn)生一個(gè)徑向的磁場，兩個(gè)磁場在波導(dǎo)管內(nèi)相交的瞬間，即時(shí)生成一個(gè)應(yīng)變脈沖（返回信號(hào)）。傳感器電子頭通過檢測返回信號(hào)計(jì)算直線位移距離。Sendx磁致伸縮位移傳感器由一個(gè)可移動(dòng)的永磁鐵、一條鐵磁材料的測量感應(yīng)元件和高度集成的電子頭組成。組合了多種電磁—機(jī)械效應(yīng)，精確測出位置并轉(zhuǎn)換成標(biāo)準(zhǔn)信號(hào)輸出。Sendx磁致伸縮位移傳感器精度高，線性精度達(dá)0.02%F.S.,重復(fù)精度達(dá)0.001%F.S.,直接輸出0...10V或0...20mA的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)信號(hào)或模/數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換的同步串行輸出（SSI），可以與大部分的測量和控制裝置兼容。
Sendx magnetostrictive displacement sensor applies the magnetostrictive measurement principle. The sensor electronics head sends out a current pulse (ask), waveguide produces a radial magnetic field. When the two magnetic fields intersect in the waveguide,a strain pulse (return signal) is generated immediately. Electronic sensor head calculates the linear displacement distance after receiving the return signal.Sendx magnetostrictive displacement sensor consists of a movable permanent magnet, a robust sensor cell and highly integrated electronic head. With integration of a series of electromagnetic mechanical effect, Sendx magnetostrictive displacement sensor can measure the position accurately and convert it into standard signal outputs.Sendx magnetostrictive displacement sensor is very accurate. It's nonlinearity up to 0.02%F.S., repeatability up to 0.001%F.S.,and has 0~10V or 4~20mA standard signal output or analog/digital synchronous serial output (SSI).The product is compatible with most of the measurement and control devices.
